Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery across Lebanon. Beirut and suburbs typically arrive in 1–2 business days; other regions 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch — we verify stock, final price, and your delivery address.
  • A delivery fee may apply depending on your area; it is always quoted upfront, never a surprise at the door.
  • Pickup from our Hamra shop (Makdessi Street) is available during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Returns & Warranty

  • All products are 100% genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Dead-on-arrival items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
  • Warranty claims are handled through our repair lab — bring the device or send it with us and we coordinate with the manufacturer.
  • Software issues, accidental damage, and normal wear are not covered by warranty, but our repair team can always help for a quote.

  • We only collect the details needed to fulfil your order — name, phone/WhatsApp, and delivery address.
